He is survived by: his sister Kathleen Distad (Dennis) of Kasson, MN; and his nieces and nephews, Heidi Watne, Karen Nehring, Merlin Amundson, Jr., Heather Flashinski, Martin Amundson, Laura Amundson, Kathrine Russell and Daniel Distad.
