He is survived by: his sons, Dale Tischer of North Mankato and Danny Tischer (Nancy) of Blue Earth; his grandsons, Cody and Kyle of Blue Earth; his sister Jean Heuchert (John) of New Ulm; and his sisters-in-law, Dareld Habeck (Bev) of St. Peter, Harriet Gruntzke (Norman) of Pequot Lakes and Charlotte Pahl (Bob) of Vernon Center. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
