He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Wagner of Fosston, MN; his children, Leah Rouland (Dan) and Noel Wagner (Heidi); his grandchildren, Brianna Compton (Lee), Blake Rouland (Brooke), MaCayla Rouland, Cody Wagner (Kelsey), Lexi and Laci Wagner; his great grandchild Jordyn Rouland; and his sister Darlene Lien (Jim).
