He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Johnson and Emily Johnson; and his brother-in-law Mike Kohlhof. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Kohlhof, Barbara Rains (Steve) and Patricia Galles (Matt). He is also survived by many aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Glory of Christ Lutheran Church Generosity Fund.
