Marilyn Louise left this world on April 13, 2025 at the age of 95, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Sophus E. Lee and Ruth Johanna Lee; her husband Donald Allen Larson; her brother David Lee (Patty); her brothers-in-law, Richard Larson (Marilyn) and Dale Larson (Carol); and her great grandchildren, Isaiah Shoop and Abram Shoop.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jan Louise Madson (David), LuAnn Ruth Shoop (Dean) and Linda Marie Eckberg (Tod); and her grandchildren, Kari (Derek), Joseph (Elissa), Timothy (Sarah), Benjamin (Leah), Emily (Collin), Andrew (Emily), Kelsey (Nick), Jonathan (Amber) and Matthew. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the King of Grace Lutheran Church (6000 Duluth St, Golden Valley, MN 55422). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Her family was her greatest joy!Memorials are preferred to King of Grace Lutheran Church or Bethany Lutheran College or Seminary.
