He is survived by: his wife Marty Cook; his brother Warren (Jackie); his sister-in-law Mary; his children, Phillip (Donna), Kiersten Good (Sam), Jennifer Petzke (Scott) and Sheri Simpson (Jeff); his grandchildren, Christopher, Justin (Tina), Amber (Dan), Nick (Kaitlyn), Sarah (Jim), Lizzy, Avery, Wyatt and Will; and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Addie, Levi, Mason, Emmett and Reece.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Messiah United Methodist Church (17805 County Rd 6, Plymouth, MN 55447).
