She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Bob" Hill and Betty Hill (Lockett); her husband Curt Askelson; and her brother Jim Hill. She is survived by: her son James (Jenny); her grandsons, Zack (Nelly Straub) and Tyler (Sydney Fearing); her siblings, Bruce Hill (Linda), Dean Hill (Pam) and Diane Weber (Bob); her sisters-in-law, Joan Hill and DeVaughn Hanson; and her close friend Sheila Baity.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home and Cremation Service-Moorhead (605 2nd Ave S, Moorhead, MN 56560). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home (605 2nd Ave S, Moorhead, MN 56560).
