He is survived by: his children, Ross Soltis (Amanda Tvrdik) of Sedan, Cindy Heckrotte (Casey) of Forest Hill, MD and Raelyn Soltis (Daren Pladson) of Fargo, ND; his grandchildren, Lucas and Reese Ransom of Fargo, ND; his siblings, LaNae Adair (Gary), Randy Soltis, Jacque Soltis and Dean Soltis (Vicki); and his sister-in-law Carole Jensen.
