We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2023, at the age of 71, Robert E Schwieters of Glenwood, Minnesota, born in Sauk Centre, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Schwieters and Aurelia Schwieters (Stalboerger); and his siblings, Harvey Schwieters, Phillip Schwieters, Thomas Schwieters and Dennis Schwieters.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy Schwieters of Glenwood; his sons, Grant Schwieters (Angie) of Richmond and Darrin Schwieters (Dianne) of Glenwood; his grandchildren, Alexander, Autumn and Harrison Schwieters; his siblings, Mary Athmann (Kevin), Caroline Wander (Dan), Gloria Welle (Randy), Richard (Shari), Joel (Cindi), John (Lynnea) and Leo Schwieters; and his pet Oreo. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.

His dedication to his profession was evident in his active participation and contributions to these associations.
