He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Henningsgard (Crews) and Russel Henningsgard; and his sister Kristine (Michael Cruikshank). He is survived by: his close friend Lynn Noll; his children, Steven and Susan; his grandchild Crews; the mother of his children Mary Henningsgard; his nephew Matthew Cruikshank (Lynn Noll); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Adam, Lindsay and Carly.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association.
