With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Joyce Jessup of Glenwood, Minnesota, who passed away on August 4, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Birney and Izeta Birney (Blackburn); her husband Charles; her son David; her siblings, Rhona Boulay and Robert Birney; and her nephew Roy Boulay.
She is survived by: her son Randy Jessup (Janet) of Brooten, MN; her grandchildren, Melissa Jessup, Anna Jessup (Clayton Harper), Emily Miller (Nolan) and Charlie Jessup (Karla); her great grandchildren, Aunika, Paige, Izeta, Viktor, Dominic, Raven and Edric; and her sister Rosalind La Fata of Waterford, CT. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
