She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter E. Smith and Amy E. Smith (Smith); her husband George Melvin Solmonson, Jr.; and her siblings, Kent, Lynn, Robert Smith, Shirley Kawalek, Betty Akkerman and Peggy Norby.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Solmonson (Jody) of Big Lake, AK, Steve Solmonson (Sherry) of Yadkinville, NC, Vickie O'Brien (Terry) of Pillager and Dean Solmonson (Jill) of Starbuck; her grandchildren, Tanis Hesser, Nathan Joiner, Aimee Rapoport, Kaitlin Reed, Dustin Solmonson, Kent Solmonson, Lindsay Solmonson, Molly Hoffmann, Michael Solmonson, Randee O'Brien and Katya Preston; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Kristin, Sidney, Layla, Allison, Sawyer, Benjamin, Hunter, Nash, Carson, Bentley, Elias, Lucas, Jackson, Knox, Henry, Scout and Harley; and her sister Mary Brisse of Washington. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
