It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnne Inga Peterson of Glenwood, Minnesota, born in Starbuck, Minnesota, who passed away on September 25, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gandrud and Ethel Gandrud (Smedstad); her niece Jodi Gandrud Ballandby; and her brother-in-law Donald Larson. She is survived by: her husband David Peterson of Glenwood; her children, Beth Peterson (Severin Behnen) of California and Ross Peterson (Amanda) of New Hampshire; her grandchildren, Ezra Peterson Behnen, Margaret "Molly" Peterson and Nathaniel "Nate" Peterson; her siblings, Sharon Larson of Glenwood, Debra Dahlseng (Allen) of Glenwood and Robert Gandrud (Nancy) of Glenwood; and her son Seved Lycksell of Sweden. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
She battled Parkinson's disease for many years and most recently, cancer.
