He was predeceased by: his parents, F. Virgil Noland and Mary Noland (Bowen). He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Brent of Rochester, Shelly Walker (Vance) of Knoxville, TN and Scott (Sara) of Center City; his grandchildren, Clifford and Brighton Walker; and his brother Dennis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and countless friends.
