He is survived by: his children, Michele Koubsky (Gary), Michael Blom (Lori) and Mark Blom (Kathy); his grandchildren, Jordan Koubsky (Kiara Glanzer), Dylan Koubsky (Reagan Pederson), Ashley Blom (Dylan Rasmussen), Madysin Saathoff and Kyzer Blom; and his siblings, Donald Blom (Marvel), Joyce Reigel (Charles), James Blom, Sharon Klemm and Richard Blom.
