He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Foner and Hilda Foner (Jacobs); his wife Dorothy Foner of Garfield; and his siblings, Orville Foner, Delores Leedahl, Virginia Howard and Karen Hoch.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Roberson (Charlie) of Rochester, Mark Foner (Ann) of Glenwood and Janine Zarling (Kent) of Plainview; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Skaran (Chad), Matthew (Amy), David Roberson (Marta), Stacy Lenz (Garrison), Nicholas (Kendra LaSota), William, Henry Foner, Joseph, James (Sara) and Nathan Zarling. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; along with other relatives and many friends.
