He was predeceased by: his parents, Selmer G. Boe and Irene Boe (Osmon); his siblings, Llewellyn Boe (Audrey), Carroll Boe (Rose) and Shannon VanSanten (Ken); and his sister-in-law Laura Boe (Donovan).
He is survived by: his wife Gail M. Gades of Morris; his stepdaughters, Romalea Stillwell of Breckenridge, Breanna Jepma (Rick) of Hancock and Tiffany Lesmeister (Robert) of Moorhead; his grandchildren, Cody, Audianna and Sierra; and his brothers, Gary of Glenwood and Donovan of LaBarge, WY. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Due to size limitations imposed by the State of Minnesota in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the memorial service the next day celebrating Charlie's life will be limited to family.
