He is survived by: his daughter Kelsi Sullivan of Princeton, MN; his parents, Dave Kohl and Mona Kohl of Sartell, MN; his sister Stephanie Partch (Douglas) of Sartell; his nephews, Dylan Kohl and Brian Partch; and his niece Becky Partch. He is also survived by his uncles, aunts, cousins, extended family and dear friends.
