He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Bailey and Minnie Bailey (Johnson); his brother Melvin Bailey; and his grandson Jesse Sherman. He is survived by: his wife Lois Heegard; his children, Rebecca Schuhmacher (Lowell), Carol Sherman (Ken), JoEllen Bailey (Andrea Dutcher) and Kevin Bailey (Ken Kieffer); and his siblings-in-law, Donna Bailey (Melvin) and Howard Petersen (Delores Heegard). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
Unvaccinated attendees are asked to wear a mask within the church.
