He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Ellingson and Lila Ellingson (Lau); his sister Donna Mittag (Bruce); and his niece Dorenne Hansen. He is survived by: his sons, Shawn Ellingson (Jenna) of Glenville and Kelly Ellingson (Bridget) of Glenville; his grandchildren, Kaden, Damon, Jackson and Breanne Ellingson (Josh Mendel); his siblings, Connie Thompson (Larry) of Glenville and LeRoy Ellingson of Clemson; and his pet Lily. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Lutheran Church (140 3rd Ave SW, Glenville, MN 56036).
