She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Vincent Butler and Minnie Benhardine (Helm); her husband Gene Engel; her son Jeffery Engel; her son-in-law Douglas Albright; her siblings, Barbara Hanson and Earl Butler; and her brother-in-law Cleon Engel.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey, Patricia Hertzke (Scott) and Timothy Engel (Brenda); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Nathaniel Engel, Kevin Bonebrake, Dylan, Grace Engel, Bobby and Michael Hutchinson; her siblings, Shirley Hanson and Chuck Butler; and her siblings-in-law, Russell Engel, Donna Lue Kemmitts, Beverly Schmidt and Bonnie Mae Engel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
