With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Prochaska of Glencoe, Minnesota, born in Hutchinson, Minnesota, who passed away on February 16, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Vorlicek and Alice Vorlicek (Teply); her husband LeRoy Prochaska; and her parents-in-law, Emil and Elsie Prochaska.

She is survived by: her children, Julie Prochaska of Graceville, MN, Brian "Myron" Prochaska of Glencoe, MN and Amanda Uecker (Luke) of Volga, SD; her grandchildren, Travis Dammann (Ali), Cory Dammann (Melissa), Cameron Uecker and Damon Uecker; and her great grandchildren, Domanik, Charli and Remington. She is also survived by Other relatives and many friends.
