He was predeceased by: his parents, James Swift and Eunice Swift (Kube); his wife Bernetta Swift (Jasmer); his daughter Cynthia Kay Westrum (Swift); his grandson Cameron Swift; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Swift.
He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Swift (Melanie) of Bellevue, WA and David Swift (Celine) of Glencoe, MN; his grandchildren, Andrew Swift, Alina Swift, Chandler Swift (Käthe), Robin Swift and Isaac Swift; his son-in-law Randy Westrum (Mary) of Loveland, CO; and his brothers, Cliff Swift (Joyce) of Mesa, AZ and Vernon Swift of Fergus Falls, MN. He is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
He made many items in his wood shop for the church raffle, donations to Toys for Tots and as gifts to others.
