She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Muchow and Amanda Muchow (Schultz); her husband Elsworth Opitz; her parents-in-law, Carl and Ida Opitz; her siblings, Lorena Schimmelpfennig (Hilbert), Lucille Dahlke (Gerhardt), Loretta Spencer, Wilhardt Muchow (Dorothy) and Milo Muchow (Carol); and her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Podratz (Roland), Margaret Draeger (Bernhard), Evelyn Raeth (Ervin), Leonard Opitz (Mardell), Edwin Opitz (Lorna) and Theophil Opitz (Esther).
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Dammann (Darroel) of Young America, MN, Kevin Opitz (Ann) of Eden Prairie, MN and JoWana Opitz (Jeff Cheney) of Savage, MN; her grandchildren, Megan Bergman (Erik), Timon Dammann (Kayla), Tyler Opitz, Cathy Aaseng, Cassy Day (Evan) and Gwen Hadrits (Tyler); and her great grandchildren, Carly Bergman, Danna Bergman, Carolynn Dammann, Conrad Dammann and Cheyenne Hadrits. She is also survived by Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
