She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Litzau and Winnie Litzau (Milbrand); her significant others, Wayne Thiesfeld and Barb Flom of Glencoe, MN; her husband Melvin Thiesfeld of John's Evangelical Lutheran Church; her children, LaJean Koentopf and Wayne Thiesfeld; and her siblings, Melvin Litzau (Adeline), Gene Litzau (Helaine), Lenora Swanson (Alvin), Mabel Raether (Herbert), Edna Kruschke and Marian Eggersgluess (Lyle).
She is survived by: her son-in-law Larry Koentopf of Sterling, VA; her granddaughters, Leah Twiford (Jeff) of Ashburn, VA and Layna Wyatt (Mike) of Ashburn, VA; her great grandchild Koen Wyatt; and her brother-in-law Gordon Kruschke of Glencoe, MN.
