He is survived by: his mother Elaine Jurkovich (Kiest) of Virginia; his wife Bonnie Peterson; his children, Jennifer Jurkovich of Cold Spring, MN, Jason Jurkovich (Tanya) of St. Paul and Tristan Jurkovich of Gilbert; his granddaughter Kennedy Jurkovich; and his brothers, Dr. G. Jerry Jurkovich (Deanne) of Sacramento, CA, Bradley Jurkovich (Krista) of Olympia, WA and James Jurkovich (Stephanie) of St. Paul. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
