He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Perpich and Mary Perpich (Biondich); and his siblings, Jerry, Paul, Tom Perpich and Margaret Januszewski.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Carik Perpich; his children, Jim Perpich (Rosemary), Kathy Riordan (Tim), Barbie Schoonover (Hank) and Rob Perpich (Dione); his grandchildren, Philip Perpich (Jill), Laura Maki, Lissa Maki (Troy Rogers), Patrick Riordan (Mara), Valerie, Maddie, Andy Schoonover, Joshua, Mahryn and Karina Perpich; his great grandchildren, Ria, Taylor, Jack, Ryan and Cameran; and his siblings-in-law, Joe, Walter Patrick, Charlie Carik and Mary Lehnert.
