He is survived by: his wife Patricia Grams; his siblings, Vance of Merritt Island, FL, Charlotte Urban (Neil) of Temple, TX, Terri Urban (Orville) of Biwabik, Faith Thornton of Gilbert and Lynne Thornton-Dewhurst of Gilbert; his brother-in-law Todd Dewhurst; his nephew Levi Bennett (Jackie); and his niece Nicole Lind (Aaron).
