He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Strehlow and Sadie Strehlow (Neuvonen); and his brother Vernon. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Dertinger; his children, Daniel Strehlow (Lois) of Hastings, MN and Kimberly Strehlow Lillemo (Kris) of Seward, AK; his grandchildren, Lauren Grimm (Mark), Leigh Strehlow, Diana Strehlow and Hunter Berts; his great grandchildren, Marley Strehlow-Pagel, Logan and Eva Grimm; his siblings, James Strehlow, Linda Cline (Larry) and Mary Lou Strehlow; and his sister-in-law Marlene Strehlow. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
