He was predeceased by: his brother Robert "Bob" Bullemer; and his parents, Rueben Bullemer and Rose Bullemer (Biebl). He is survived by: his sister-in-law Delores Bullemer of Gibbon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was a past member of St. Willibrord's in Gibbon and current member of St. Michaels Catholic Church in Stillwater In lieu of flowers memorials preferred.
