She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mahowald and Louise Mahowald; her husband Dominic; her siblings, Margaret Tully, Edmund Mahowald, Elmer Mahowald, Wilfred Mahowald, Richard Mahowald and Alfred Mahowald; her siblings-in-law, Helen Mahowald, Darlene Mahowald, Arthur Tully, Anthony Blesener and Peter Blesener; her niece Michelle "Misha" Mahowald; and also, Amy Mahowald and Seigler.
She is survived by: her children, Rose Blesener (Bill Daly) of St. Cloud, Paul Blesener (Kathy) of Cottage Grove, Charlie Blesener (Kathleen) of Elk River, Joanne McCabe (Tom) of Madelia and Anita Shikoski (John) of New Ulm; her grandchildren, Trevor, Brenna, Bridget, Kevin Daly, Kaitlyn Melson (Jay), Ross Blesener, Lucas (Kate), Dominic (Erica), Isaac Blesener, Patrick (Jasmin), Brian, Matthew McCabe and Joseph Shikoski (Ella Hanson); her great grandchildren, Hailey, Macie, Nolan, Alex, Carson, Claire, Emma and Jack; and her sisters-in-law, Eileen Mahowald of Shoreview and Joan Mahowald of Cross Lake. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
