He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Hanslick (Mielke); his sister Jane Bauer (Hanslick); his children, Brenna, Brian and Ryan Hanslick; and his parents, Cleveland Hanslick and Esther Hanslick (Remus).
He is survived by: his son Michael Hanslick (Joo Young Yu); his grandchild Teo Yu Hanslick of St. Paul; and his daughter Jodi Hanslick of Minneapolis.
