She was predeceased by: her parents, Knut Hovland and Clara Hovland; her husband Donald; her siblings, Ervin Hovland and Clarine "Kay" Nelson; her parents-in-law, Lawrence Bartsch and Magdaline Bartsch; her sisters-in-law, Margaret Bartsch, Clifford Bartsch, Ray Ahlstrom and Earl Towne; and her nephew Michael Bartsch.
She is survived by: her son Greg of Geneva; her sisters-in-law, Gilmore Nelson of Ellendale, Dorothy Towne of Emmons, Harold Bartsch (Bernice) of Owatonna, Jean Ahlstrom of Geneva, Mary Groth (Paul) of Ellendale and Darlene Bartsch of Owatonna; and her grandchildren, Dylan Ingvaldson and Brynna Ingvaldson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
