She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Eaker and Lorinda Eaker (Linse); her sons, Bruce and Mark; and her brother-in-law Don Teeters.
She is survived by: her husband Bill; her son Dean Van Hal (Shawn); her grandsons, Matt (Jenn), Brandon (Melissa) and Andy Van Hal (Kelli); her great grandchildren, Kavan, Max, Jack, Lexi, Alex, Leo and Ivy Van Hal; and her siblings, Donna Teeters, Gloria Trom (Ken) and Roger Eaker.
In lieu of flowers, donations are asked to be made in Darlene's name to the Hollandale Reformed Church.
