He is survived by: his wife LaVern Franke of Gaylord, MN; his children, Loretta Franke of Lafayette, MN, Andrew Franke of Gaylord, MN, Roxanne Chepsongol (Justus) of Las Cruces, NM and Gloria Talamantes (Roberto) of Las Cruces, NM; his grandchildren, Noah Chepsongol, Nadia Chepsongol and Andrew Talamantes; his siblings, Lucy Gluth and Clifford Franke (Ruth); and his sister-in-law Lois Vasquez. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
