She is survived by: her father William Crooks; her husband Alan Boehning of Gaylord, MN; her children, Tara Jo Felipe (Carlos) of Arlington, MN and Joram Boehning (Ashlie) of Cameron, NC; her grandchildren, Dawson Boehning, Dalton Boehning and Dylan Starrett; and her siblings, Debbie Wagner of Eden Prairie, MN, Karen LaCore of Duluth, MN, Sally Quam of Mound, MN and Gary Crooks of Hutchinson, MN. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
