He was predeceased by: his father Jerome DeWitte; and his grandparents, Leonard, Geraldine Carlson, Reine and Alice DeWitte.
He is survived by: his mother Linda DeWitte (Carlson); his brother Mike DeWitte (Kim); and his nieces and nephews, J. C. DeWitte, Tristan DeWitte, Chance DeWitte, Delanie DeWitte and Phoebe DeWitte.
