It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elden Egesdal of Gaylord, Minnesota, born in Elmore, Minnesota, who passed away on September 13, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Egesdal and Laura Bell Egesdal (Eichhorn); his siblings, Karen Trelstad and Sanford Egesdal; and his brother-in-law Rev. Bruce Engebretson.
He is survived by: his wife Belinda Egesdal of Gaylord, MN; his children, John Egesdal of Durango, CO, David Egesdal of Woodbury, MN, Thomas Egesdal of Green Bay, WI, Ruth Nicolosi (Frank) of Rockford, IL and James Egesdal of Gaylord, MN; his stepchildren, Chantell Joffe (Ryan) and David Walker (Sarah); his grandchildren, Julia Egesdal, Timothy Solie, Kimberly Nicolosi, Claire Egesdal, Carter Egesdal, Jackson Egesdal and Lucas Egesdal; his stepgrandchildren, Ben Joffe, Mark Joffe and Isabella Walker; his sister Miriam Engebretson of Anchorage, AK; and his brother-in-law Rev. Gordy Trelstad of Redwing, MN. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
