With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Grace Thornton (Gary, Minnesota), who passed away on September 23, 2019 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hirchert and Florence Hirchert (Doberiener); her husband Harold Thornton; her son Floyd; and her granddaughter Tanya.

She is survived by: her children, Duane (Myrna), Mike (Diane Pederson), Fred (LoAnn), Dale (Terri), Edna Kazeck (Cliff) of Ada and Carol Rosenau (Gary) of Ada. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great grandchildren.
