He was predeceased by: his parents, Olaf Dahl and Cora Dahl (Hagy); his wife Beverly Jacobson; his parents-in-law, Bennet and Gladys Jacobson; his siblings, Harry Dahl and Florence Drellack; his close friend Waetta Martinson; and his brothers-in-law, Vernon Rude, Larry Ose, James Bennefeld, Vincent Nelson, Elmer Drellack, LaVern Sites and Steven Borgen.
He is survived by: his children, Cherie Boe (Joe), Brett Dahl (Michelle), Brent Dahl (Lisa), Tiffany Ellingworth (Toby) and Brandyn Dahl (Debi); his grandchildren, Whitney Boe, Jennifer Jorud, Ryan Dahl, Keegan Dahl, Chantel Dahl, Collyn Dahl, Brandt Dahl, Ryker Ellingworth, Ramsey Ellingworth, Kayliana Dahl, Cadyn Dahl and Ellidi Dahl; his great grandchildren, Cora Claymore, Tilly Claymore and Jackson Jorud; his siblings, Marion Rude, Clarice Ose, Lillian Bennefeld, Janet Nelson, Norman Dahl (Leona) and Walter "Bobby" Dahl (Eileen); and his siblings-in-law, Harlen Jacobson (Elaine), Judy Sites-Clermont (Dale) and Kathy Borgen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
