He is survived by: his wife Barb Lewis of Garvin, MN; his sons, Jeff Lewis (Joyce) of Chisago City, MN, Christopher Lewis (Sara) of Slayton, MN and Ben Lewis of Slayton, MN; his grandchildren, Jessica, Sam Archbold, Megan, Mike Bonnstetter, Tyler Lewis, Quintin Lewis, Levi Lewis, Carson Lewis and Alayna Lewis; and his brother Gary Lewis (Diane) of Alexandria, MN.. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
