He was predeceased by: his father Robert; his father-in-law Kenneth; his daughter Nicole; and his pet Champ. He is survived by: his mother Marsha; his wife Lori; his daughters, Lacey, Alison and Miranda; and his sisters, Michelle and Jennifer. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren.
