He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Sargent and Ruth Sargent (Peters). He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Sargent; his children, Jim Sargent (Jeanine), Karen Winger (Ross) and Caryl Zernechel (Milt); his grandchildren, Josh Sargent (Sheri), Jennifer Sargent (Ben), Jaclyn Nigon (Wes), Jason Malvin, Scott Malvin (Bridgette), Jess Malvin (Tonya), Amanda Pring (Nathan), Kara Malvin, Trayl Zernechel and Travis Zernechel; and his sisters, Muriel Sargent and Kathy Cornish (Wayne). He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
