He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Goedtke and Margaret Goedtke (Behr); his siblings, Ervin Goedtke and Irene Goedtke; and his sisters-in-law, Ardella Johnson and Stena Goedtke.
He is survived by: his wife Twyla Popken; his children, Paula Lutz (Bob) of Fulda and Peter Goedtke (Luci) of Fulda; his grandchildren, Richard Hahn (Sarah), Scarlett Hahn, Colin Hahn (Kristyn), Christian Goedtke, Nathan Goedtke and Sierra Goedtke; and his sister-in-law Wynn Sohler of Prior Lake. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
