With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay Sauer of Fulda, Minnesota, born in Slayton, Minnesota, who passed away on June 11, 2023 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sauer and Mary Sauer (Benjamin); his sister Evelyn Fuerstenberg; and his pet Maggie. He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his daughter Nicole Gonzalez (Alex); and his siblings, Chuck Sauer (Mary), John Sauer (Donna), Mike Sauer (Brenda), Steve Sauer, Linda Fuerstenberg (Gerald), Joy Feyereisen (Jim) and Donna Zimmerman (Ed). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
