She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer Robert Horn (Bob); and her siblings, Paul Ackman Jr, Marvin Ackman, Edward Ackman and Eva Kevilus.
She is survived by: her parents, Paul Ackman and Grace Ackman (Klute); her children, Steven Horn (Jeanne) of Duluth, Cynthia Haglin (Dean) of Cloquet and David Horn (Sobra); her brother Willis Ackman of Sacramento, California; her siblings-in-law, Ron Horn of San Diego, California and Carol Lehman of Green Bay, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Benjamin Horn, Joshua Horn, Rachel Aplikowski, Rebekah Boyd, Adrienne Skelton, Juliann Lattner, Keri Conway, Shannon Housey, Kirk Haglin, Amy Haglin, Lisa Boisjoli, Alyssa Horn and Travis Horn; and her great grandchildren, Samuel Boyd, Hannah Boyd, Kaitlin Lattner, Amber Lattner, Christian Conway, Kyle Conway, Jacob Housey, Logan Horn, Scarlett Horn and Kai Horn-Jewett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
