She is survived by: her husband Douglas Getzel of Fulda, MN; her children, Robert Getzel (Donna) of Worthington, MN, Gail Gruis of Fulda, MN and Sheryl "Shortie" Veen (Paul) of Charles City, IA; her sister-in-law Margaret Goedtke of Fulda, MN.; her brother Dell Goedtke; and her son-in-law Ron Gruis. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
