We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2025, at the age of 46, Adam Hart of Fulda, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Solid Rock Assembly Church (1730 Diagonal Rd, Worthington, MN 56187). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family has requested IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, MEMORIALS ARE PREFERRED.
