He is survived by: his parents, John Hart and Patricia Hart (Reker) of Fulda, MN; his wife Jennifer Hart of Fulda, MN; his children, Ellie and Evan Hart of Fulda, MN; his sister Alicia Zimmerman (John) of Big Lake, MN; his father-in-law Dennis Fritz (Julane) of Indianola, IA; his siblings-in-law, Jessica Fritz of Milwaukee, WI and Brad Fritz (Emily) of Chicago, IL; and his nephews, Luke, Cole and Mason Zimmerman.

The family has requested IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, MEMORIALS ARE PREFERRED.
