He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel and Helen; and his sister Joan. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Harnan; his children, Roxanne Halvorson (William), Elizabeth Olson (Edward), Jim Harnan and Colleen Nolde (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Sara Halvorson (Kyle Burdick), Amanda Halvorson (Kenett Winters), Angaelicka (Travis), Kelly, Payton, Brighton, Iverson, Andrew Olson, Eric Olson (Elise Williams), Robert Harnan (Beth Okrie), Stephanie (Nick), Aksel, Gunderson, Alexandra Marie and Christine Nolde. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Robert's name to the American Heart Association.
