He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Byna. He is survived by: his son Sean (Alicia); his granddaughters, Annabella and Alexandria; his siblings, Robert and Kathy; and his former wife Mary Amundson. He is also survived by other relatives & friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations preferred to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Children's Hospital.
